Facilities include a lovely resort pool, tropical garden barbecue area and gym. Horton Apartments are located strolling distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and the Maroochy River with easy access to the Horton Park Golf Club and Sunshine Plaza.

Follow Sunshine Motorway to Maroochydore CBD exit. This is Plaza Parade.
With Sunshine Plaza on your left hand side, turn right into Mungar Street-directly opposite the 2nd entrance to Sunshine Plaza. Rivers Clearance Outlet is on the corner of Plaza Parade and Mungar Street.
Horton Apartments is at 1 Mungar Street on the right hand side just as the road veers to the left.

The one bedroom parkside apartment is fully self-contained featuring modern kitchen and appliances, spacious living and combined dining area and a balcony overlooking the golf course and driving range. Laundry faciliities (washer and dryer) in ensuite bathroom. Broadband internet access is available. This room is a large open plan apartment with separate bedroom, not a studio.
Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed - Maximum capacity is 3 people.
2 Bedroom Parkside Apartment
The two bedroom parkside apartment is open plan and stylishly designed featuring open balcony with views of Horton Golf Course and beyond. This room is fully self-contained with modern kitchen appliances, spacious living and combined dining area, master bedroom with flat screen TV, Austar and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in the second bathroom. Broadband internet access is available.
Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 5 people.

Not worth the money we payed for the nght. Do ot stay in appartment on level one next to office unless you get up early on sunday. Room well appointed & clean can not really rate service as did not have any. Office hours not even suitable for check in on saturday & totally unmaned on sundays. Could not use all facilities on site & sucurity carpark open all day & night. Would have to excell to get me back.
Liked: modern appartment & location.
Disliked: service & getting woken up at 5.15am on sunday

Great new apartment building. Stayed in 2br apartment that was just like a display home. Everything new and worked well. Big heated pool, BBQ, grounds kept in great condition. Apartment was roomy with AC and 3 minute walk to major shopping centre
Liked: Value, New apartment, roomy, comfy, tasteful decor
Disliked: Not close to beach. App 6 blocks or more walk.

This was a very nice property however the cleaning let it down. Our apartment was very dirty, hadnt been vacumed, the dishes in the kitchen looked like they had been wiped clean and were still greasy, their was still washing in the washing machine and a bug on the bedside table. Very dissapointing for such a new and modern property.

The location was great because it was close to the shopping center and lots of little restaurants and cafes. The rooms were really stylish and modern although a little pricey for a hotel without all the bells and whistles of most 4 and a half stars.
