Getting There

From Brisbane take the Caloundra turnoff and follow this to the very large roundabout at Nicklin Way where you will turn right into Pelican Waters Boulevard. Follow this through many roundabouts to the well signposted Golf Course. Take Millennium Circuit just before you arrive at the Golf Course. Stop along the way for groceries at the Pelican Waters shopping centre.

Luxurious and modern apartments with elegant furnishings and fittings. Each apartment has water views over the lake to the adjoining golf course. Apartments are fully self contained with a gourmet kitchen, laundry, spacious lounge area and separate dining room. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Additional features include fans, air conditioning, cable TV and complimentary local phone calls.

Bedding configuration is 1 King bed and 2 Single beds, or 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

3 Bedroom Executive Apartment
Luxurious and modern three bedroom executive apartments have elegant furnishings and fittings, and are perfect for larger families or groups. Each apartment has water views over the lake to the adjoining golf course. Apartments are fully self contained with a gourmet kitchen, laundry, spacious lounge area and separate dining room. Bedding configuration is 2 Queen beds and 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

4 Bedroom Grandview Apartment
Grandview Apartments are outstanding apartments with magnificent views, open plan living areas, large balconies and luxurious furnishings and fittings. Ideal for two families or a large group to share, each grandview apartment is on the fourth floor with beautiful water views over the lake to the adjoining golf course. Apartments are fully self contained with a gourmet kitchen, laundry, spacious lounge area and separate dining room. Bedrooms are separated for privacy, with the master bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom. Additional features include fans, air conditioning, cable TV and complimentary local phone calls.
